I don't think that I do, I don't really eat that much healthy stuff (like greens). The last time I got checked out, the doctor said that I was healthy but a little on the skinny side (lol you don't need to be a doctor to see that). I'm sure my diet will catch up to me eventually (maybe once my Scooby Doo-like metabolism sloooowwwwwwwsssssss dddddddoooooooooowwwwwwwwwwwwnnnnnnnnnn).

I don't know, but I think its not balanced, because I like sweets and I eat them alot, but I just got through eating an egg sandwich so it might be cool, however I had syrup on that egg sandwich so it still might not be balanced.

For the most part my diet is very balanced and healthy. This is a typical day of food for me:

4-5 servings of fruit
3-4 servings of starchy & leafy vegetables
4-5 servings of whole grain (couscous or rice as well)
1-2 servings of legumes (beans, seeds, lentils)
1-2 servings of plant milk (rice milk, soy milk or almond milk)
1-2 "junk foods" (including white bread, chips, sugar juice)

And plenty of water and/or 100% fruit juice.
I also make sure I get at least one large serving of vegetable oil/fat per day, but I avoid hydrogenated and saturated fats 99% of the time. I take supplements for B12, Iron and Calcium just in case I don't eat very much during the day, which rarely happens but it's just as a precaution.

By no means am I trying to obsessively control my food intake, sometimes I do treat myself, but I like to eat this way because it makes me feel extremely healthy and happy.
