In my opinion, they are necessary. Stupid spammers who just sit around and spam chat will soon run out of Viz. Then, they will have to post more to get Viz. This is a really good way to get rid of spammers because they will get perma-banned because they will post crap and the mods will notice. I'm going to summon my friends because i want to hear their opinions especially.

Yeah, I DEFINATELY agree, if you have to chat now, you might need some viz, this will show the bad newbies, trolls, and flamers to be carefull on what they will do next time they chat. The new rules are necissary.
