Whenever I beat the elite 4, I always have to start over. I have a save file for right before the elite 4 and I didn't save over it yet. Is there a way to get past them?

There isn't a way to do it right now. The problem is that the in-game save doesn't work for most games, so you have to rely on the plugin. In general, this isn't a problem, but when you reach the end, it means you can't beat the Champion.

Normally, when you beat him the credits roll in, then the game saves itself. Since it can't do that, you won't be able to get a save file with the Elite Four defeated. The next plugin should take care of this issue, but there is not a timeframe on it yet.
