So you wouldnt DL an extention for a different OS, because FF is programed different for each of them. Yet you'd download an extention for a version that isnt the same as yours, even thou some of your firefox proccess may have changed, and this extention wont work for a reason. I can see why we'd want to do that.

Firefox 1.5.1 removed the ability to do javascript things in the address bar. I think it was 1.5.1... cant remember thou.

NOT

What I said at all. Read it again.

As far as I'm aware, Firefox exists for Linux, Mac, Windows, and a few others. XPI is a platform independent extension-zipping format.

THAT

Means that Firefox Extentions aren't BUILT For any particular OS.

THAT

Means that you can download an XPI no matter what OS you're on.

THAT

Means that Whatever your operating system is, you can download ANY Extension.

THAT

Means that Extensions aren't OS dependent.

THAT

Means that Extensions are just ZIP files, only they work the same on every OS.

THAT

Means that you can have ANY OS and still use an XPI file the same way.

THAT

Means that Your Firefox Extension will work on Every OS and it doesn't matter how, it just does.

THAT

Means that .... Did I make my point yet?

Good, that was a security flaw, and I wouldn't use an extension that did something like that in the address bar anyways.

Then why is extentions like this OS specific? Im fairly sure they wont let you DL it if your on linux, or a MAC.

It wasnt an extention... You just write javascript:alert('BigBob85'); or whatever javascript info u want. Its back in now, and a good thing that it is .

I don't even see that tag. I don't have headers turned on.

But how do you mean? like < bump> with a < br> after it?

I see, I'll get right on it.

Yeah, I saw that Windows Specific Extension. If I didn't have a program called MSN, I wouldn't even search for it. But is that the issue here? If you download "Gmail Skins" and you don't use Gmail, it doesn't kill your firefox, it just doesn't do anything if you never go to GMail in your life.

That's all there is to it.

Did I not put the link for SessionSaver in here? Well everyone should have already downloaded that by now. And SubmitToTab, StopOrReload, and CuteMenus too!

Plus, If you like Minimalism, check out MiniFox Flat!

Like... oh what was it, 37? Something like that. I'm sure I don't need some of them. Actually, between the three or four computers Fx is on? *shrugs* Hehe.

But you positively need Sessionsaver. And those tab extensions. And google.

SessionSaver makes it so that every time you close firefox, no matter how many tabs you have open, all your tabs come back up when you start firefox again. So you don't have to worry if your browser crashes anymore, and you can leave Vizzedboard's newposts open in one tab so you can always see it. (And with "Reload every", you can see it updated every five minutes!)

Tab whatever plugin thingie lets you drag and drop your tabs around, drag them to bookmark them, drag them between windows, etc, etc. It also lets you tell the browser to open all popups in a new tab instead of an annoying new window. That makes things a little bit faster too.

See, if you had 'sessionsaver' installed a bit earlier, you wouldn't ph34r these restarts at all!
