I would make my team as a gym leader to abuse rain. Politoed who now has drizzle would be my lead giving my team permanent rain unless someone uses weather on their team. Then I could destroy with perfect accuracy Thunder and Hurricane. Water moves would be boosted in power while fire types are weakened. Solarbeam now takes two turns to charge and one to attack. Dry Skin and Rain Dish Pokémon will receive healing while Pokémon with hydration become immune to status conditions (flinch and confusion not included). My team would likely consist of:

Politoed level. (drizzle) 48 Hypnosis, Focus Punch, Surf, Substitute 

Vaporeon level. (hydration) 51 Wish, Rain Dance, Scald, Rest

Toxicraok level. (dry skin) 50 Drain Punch, Poison jab, Swords Dance, Substitute

Armaldo level. (swift swim) 50 Swords Dance, Aqua Tail, X-Scissor, Stone Edge

Dragonite level. (multi scale) 54 Thunder, Hurricane, Surf, Draco Meteor

AHHH that is such a hard question because there are so many types and good pokemon.i would have a grass type gym and have a sceptile, meganium, venusaur and a bellosom because they are tanks (not bellosom though)

I would be a dragon type so that way I could have a bunch of other types like charizrd(fire) and garadose or how you spell it the water dragon dragonite because he can learn a lot of types of moves and have both the latis because they are awesome and my partner would be raqauza because  he is a legendary and can learn fly on his own

Well as a trainer I have pokemon with attacks that they don't normally have, I.E A Gallade with Ice Punch, Leaf Blade, Thunderbolt and Psychic.

But as a Gym Leader, I would go with Electric Pokemon, because They are my favorite type of pokeomn

In my Gym, I would use every type. That way, my challengers would have to expect the unexpected. I would probably use Darkrai, Latios, Latias, Pikachu, Kecleon, and Buizel.
