That's easy. My trip to San Diego with my older sister to see Gwen Stefani in concert. We won the trip from a local radio station. All expenses paid.

I haven't actually gone out of the state long enough for it to be considered a vacation, but I'll say my best vacation away from school was last years when I spent the whole summer at my friends house.

Perhaps my favorite vacation was the time I went to Cancun and Costa Rica. We ended up staying in a Palace hotel and resort In Cancun, as well as visiting the Chichen Itza ruins, scuba diving, and a few other large tourist spots. There was a lot to do at the hotel as well, they had an amphitheater, a game room, a pool and bar, a beach side, a gym, and dozens of stores and restaurants contained in the resort area.

We then went back home for a few days then went to Costa Rica. It was more of a contrast, being adventurous and a bit risky compared to the relaxed and secure areas of Cancun. We ended up staying on a piece of property a family friend let us use. It had a gate we had to pass through which happened to be right by a sushi restaurant that had a bad reputation, and we ended up having troubles with the people there not letting us through. Other than that, we visited a few ruins, as well as the Arenal volcano, a hot spring, and a rainforest area. We ended up having quite a time there, even if we almost got in some quarrels twice.

Sorry if I don’t remember the names of some of the locations, it has been 3 years since.
