I really think man will make robots that will gain their own motives, In 30 years we made computers that are literally billions of times stronger than before. What if we started making military robots, and they turnrd on us? will they use lasers? guns? missles? NUKES?

Well, looking at our motives today, we generally build robots to do one function and one function only. Humans will probably carry this tradition into the future, so most robots would be too underequipped to go out and kill everyone. Would a war-bot that is able to hunt soldiers on the battlefield come up with innovative tactics to defeat ALL humans? So far, robot "Intelligence" can't innovate or invent, which is required if any human wants to start a war and win. These battle bots would only be able to fight people, not wage their own wars.

If given enough time, I believe it's entirely possible for mankind to destroy itself with robots. The scifi movies that we see today are getting closer and closer to the truth. If you look at technology today, it's getting smarter and smarter. Won't be long now until we mess some code up and robots turn on people.
