Merely because of it's price and it being different than the others, I'm thinking this system will be a second system for many people if done right. That system is of course the Wii.

Edit: And since the 360 can't do much of anything in Japan I think it's automatically out.

Im gonna say the 360, mainly because we all know what microsoft is like... Who is project manager of the Nintendo Wii anyway....? Cause in a short time... Bill Gates will have a bounty on his head...
Im also saing 360 because of there success with the original x-box. Not to mention 360 has a head start on the Nintendo Wii....

Yeah but see everyone says how the xbox was a success when final numbers show the GC sold within 1 million units of the Xbox, but the GC is a "failure". Also you're forgetting that Nintendo made the most profit this past year. Speaking of which what is our definition for successful?

I hope that the PS3 will be the most successful system in the near future. I always loved playstation because they have a good variety of games.

I went with Wiivolution, because its going to have the better games, and most people can't afford a 600-700$ system.... WIIVOLUTION FER LIFE!

But again most of Nintendos profit came from their handhelds and thier overpricing.

They make all these versions of gameboys, then make $$$ When they came out with the game boy color it only cost them 2$ to produce a piece, and how much did they sell them for?

When you buy the 360 your buying good hardware, actually super fast computer parts. You would probably have to spend 1500 on a computer to get graphics that good, probably more. It has ALOT of untapped potential. And since they didn't go through other people to get the parts, the system will just get cheaper, allowing it to go down faster and farther as far as the pricing.

SO not only are you getting alot of good hardware and gaming power for your money, your getting the concept that is X-box live. And that my friend... Is pretty darn fun. gaming without all the complications of computers.

Well said Zylo. For what I've seen so far, Xbox 360 seems like it'll be more powerfull than PS3. However, in my personal opinion (and me being an xbox owner but not a ps2 owner), I think that GameCube and Playstation 2 both have more funner games than the XBox...but, XBox is probably my favorite system between those 3 systems.

Did ninterndo beat the X-Box in profects or did they beat the entire Microsoft? Cause for some reason... i find t hard to believe that ANYONE beat microsoft in... well... anything... Remember, we all know how bill gates is...

Yeah but PS2 was out before both of them. And even though it was out longer it could still keep up in performence. I do think that 360 will PWN PS3... and Wii has no hope now.

I dont see how you can just go off and say that the Wii has no hope now. While the PS3 and 360 only care about graphics, the Wii is focusing on entertainment and originality which is something I care about more than graphics. The Wii will be a whole new form of interactivity and after reading the Game Informer article, it looks like it'll be an incredible new way to play games.

No Microsoft actually ended up losing money on the Xbox as far as I remember, and I mean as a whole. Nintendo made the most, Sony was second. Part of Nintendo's was handheld, the other was the GC. I repeat MS looses money on every Xbox it sold, and looses more on every 360 it sells. Sony lost a bit on it's PS2 for a while, not sure if they do now or not.

Also like David said Wii is different enough to be able to stay in the game.

Don't care about graphics. You should if you want to see good quality games with good graphics. I doubt that Nintendo made the most money than Sony. I agree that it would beat xbox. I don't see how any system lost money that would not make sence.

Maybe they under charge... as in... hardware is more than they say its worth... O_o

Ok... well i dont know ANYTHING about the Wii... I just have a general dislike for nintendo... EXCEPT Gamecube... AND onyl for two things! 1) Freeloader 2) Naruto (combined with the freeloader)

Good graphics doesn't mean good quality, Stephen. I've heard a lot of these Xbox 360 games have terrible control. What are good graphics worth when a game sucks or is annoying or difficult to play?

Graphics are good of course, but I prefer game play over graphics. If I want good graphics, I'll walk outside and LOOK AT THE REAL WORLD!

Wow... Microsoft really screwed up... Well.. what was there TOTAL profit... What was made out of every sector... They proably had money to burn from things like OS and there variouse other software packages...

I did not say that graphics had to do with quality. I mean't that quality means how good its going to be and how much it will sell. I support graphics gameplay and how challenging the game is.
