The only other one that I can think of that wasn't mention in this Kenichi the Mightiest Disciple and Chrono Crusade and I saw your post about you were thinking of checking out Full Metal Alchemist. I'd recommend FMA: The brotherhood over the first FMA. The stories are about the same however brotherhood leans more towards the manga.

I recommend Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann. It does have a dubbed version but I always have some trouble finding it. It has action but if you don't like mech anime then you might not like it.

I'll throw in an update. I finished FMA and Kekkaishi and I'm watching Bleach, Deadman Wonderland, and FMA Brotherhood on Toonami saturday nights

Casshern Sins bores me and I don't want to stay up to watch Ghost in the Shell or Cowboy Bebop.

For those who don't know, Deadman Wonderland is decent, but you have to watch it from the beginning and watch everything in order. The premise is a kid who was the only survivor when his class was attacked. He was sentenced to death for killing them (he didn't). Now he's in a prison that operates rather sadistically. It seems messed up, but it's enjoyable to watch him persevering through everything thrown at him.

Durarara!!,
little action, its a unexpected and very inspired story, I have only seen the subbed version.
Next to no filler, it makes the most out of the interesting cast of characters. Not a long anime. (round about 20+ episodes)

If you want something that's not action oriented, I recommend Lucky Star. All the episodes are already dubbed, and they do a decent job most of the time. It's a lot like azumanga daioh and, with a plethora of anime references thrown in. I would look elsewhere if slice of life anime isn't what your looking for
