I'm thinking about training a Magikarp up to Level 100 on my old Pokémon Red cartridge. Once it learns Flail and gets a ton of stat boosters it will probably be pretty useful. I train by fighting the Elite Four, so I have no shortage of money for stat boosters .

There is a video on youtube that shows a person using a lvl 100 magikarp destroy a team of legendaries (all of whom were lvl 100). I think he/she used a focus band, and then used flail.
