From there you'll click 'Devices' which will open up a seperate window in the menu.
In the top-left corner of that box you'll see 'Port 1' with two bullet options below it.
You'll want to click the bullet option 'Mouse'.
After this, exit the menu (Esc key twice) and the mouse will be calibrated with the cursor in the game.
In order to close the game though, you'll need to set 'Port 1' back to 'Gamepad'.
