Hmm... for me its a three-way tie. Either the first opening for Death Note, the first opening for FMA, or the opening for Pandora Hearts. I really liked the 6th Naruto Shippuden opening. I think it was called Sign. The chorus in that song is incredible, and I like the opening with Jiraiya, Naruto, Sasuke, and Itachi.

I also liked the Yugioh season 0 opening that was made before the show was just focused on card games.
