If you are referring to the Animorphs book series, then I could be as many as I want.

I'd want to be a bald eagle animorph because for one, very few animals have the balls to mess with a bald eagle. And for two, it's illegal to kill a bald eagle in America do I wouldn't have to worry about hunters as much as other animals.
