I toast up an everything or onion bagel, make a two egg omelet, cook up some bacon ( since most of the time we don't have bacon I use bologna and it's still awesome) and butter the bagel. put it all into a delicious bagel sandwich thingamajigger. Oh, don't forget the OJ or the blueberry polmegranet or juice
