You've seen the gun using warden, and you've heard about the Wishcash episode canned by the Japan earthquakes (and possibly due to a lack of interest), and the racist Jinx.... But let's NOT forget the worst of them all brothers and sisters... THE PORYGON INCIDENT!!!!! Easily the most infamous Episode in an anime's existence, THIS ONE caused more than 700 seizures in Japan due to a massive, red and blue explosion caused by PIKACHU! So WHY should they never allow Porygon in the show again? I say they're Porygon Predigests, AND it's unfair to the Porygon!

Pikachu is the face of the franchise. They wouldn't let anything happen to Pikachu. No one really knew Porygon that well (seriously, what the Hell is that thing?) so they made him the scapegoat, kept him off the show ever since, and moved on.
