Anyone have/play the game Roller Coaster Tycoon? I recently found it in my stack of computer games and played it for good measure. It's a pretty fun game in my honest opinion. I know they made like other versions, but I'm talking about the original here. What do you think?

I still have the original. I also have RCT2 and one or two expansions with it, but I preferred the first one the most. The most success I ever had with one theme park, after running for maybe 20+ years, ended with about $300,000,000 in available cash, with at least $10,000 earned each month (after the objective was completed) despite my efforts to finish a month "in the red." If I were to play it right now, I probably would still get a kick out of it.

I only have the first two, but I think the first is still more fun. The second made everything more complicated. I did like my own special way of dealing with sick visitors for free. I just created a little pool of water away from the path. When a person looks sick I grab them and drop them in the pool. It's a lot cheaper than hiring a handyman to clean it all up.

BNuge : How cruel! I figured how to deal with the guest that would double over. All I had to do was assign my handymen to specific areas, and prevent them from mowing the lawn --which the latter seemed to be pointless.

Is that the game where you can build your own amusement park filled with different roller coasters? If so, I think it's an original creative fun game to play for fun or to kill time. I remember playing that game in the computer room in high school on my free periods...
