That gosh-darn thing! Not only is it ultra-common and a pest when trying to train grass against Geodudes, but it has a terrible early moveset when you actually WANT to catch it .

Most annoying enemy = Female Grunt from Team Rocket in Pokemon Stadium 2.

Her poison, protect and detect attacks are SO annoying and intolerant.

Most definitely Zubat. I hate that Pokemon, he is always in caves and it seems everytime you encounter a Pokemon in caves it's Zubat.

I hate these things so much. It looks like a ruppie you grap it and it eats you. Sure it dose not deal any damage but it drains your ruppies! I always run into it when I have one hundred plus ruppies. Once it ate me and spit me out into another Ruppie Like Like!

Head crabs, maybe some boss from devil may cry series -the well known one by those who played it, and water enemies in Mario, CODworld at war all those nazi bastards on veteran difficulty.

Probably Boldore from Pokemon black/White. you can't OHKO them! and they hit back-hard!

I think the most annoying enemy of all time is those hammer bros from super mario bros.

the ghost in pac man: do i need to explain

any enemy in sonic 2's chemical plant: there terribly placed, even in places were you can't even hit them. and they constantly shoot on undodgeable areas like: slopes, loop-de-loops, elevators, and springs

giant cheap cheaps in smb3: do they ever die? you kill them with fire balls, koopa shells, ect. and 2 seconds later another on imeditley re spawns, and they jump to do an insta death.

octocruels from pokemon: when surfing on your trusty warturtle or marshstomp, theese guys will constantly pester you every 0.1 seconds and being at level 1 god! help me! and this is no joke i once had 40 count them 40 octocruels on a spear pokemon game and they still pester me when will it end!

the clocks from bugs bunny birthday blow out: stolen from avgn "theese f****in clocks explode for like 3 hours and then one immediately drops in takes it's place"

sometimes they move so far apart you can't move your shield to

Sootie from Star Ocean Till the End of Time was annoying simply because it has an overwhelming attack force for such a small creature. It becomes very annoying once you reach the Sphere Company on your way to the Ethereal Queen because there are variations of the little critters.
