I would have to say Shaymin, because it's just so weird! The only good thing about it is it's flying form and it's ultimate attack. Also, to Cjjjj, there aren't a million Celebis. there is only one, those that you saw were different Celebis from different time periods. Also, Celebi is my favorite legendary.

bigNATE : Whaaaat??? The Lake Trio are the best cute legendaries ever. They actually have a good legend to them. Plus, they are all different when it comes to strength. Azelf is really strong, especially if you keep nasty plot.

Mew and the lake trio. They all 4 are completely overrated. You go through too much for what? A pathetic little Pokémon the will just get left in the PC box. And the only way you get mew is an event, Action Replay, or that one glitch thing in the older games. So, those 4 are just plain ridiculous.
