Has someone heard of the road to Santiago de Compostela?

It's the old pilgrimage routine and about over 700 kilometres, You have to walk it through, in the north of Spain. I am not religious, actually. But I've decided that I will do it.
I'm reading Coelho's memoirs (in the form of his first book) about it and it's fascinating.
Plus I love Spain haha.

Do you know anyone who has already done it? Or is planning to?
