I don't think that's possible since the games are on two separate programs all together. Hang on, let me summon an RGR person and as them.

Well there ya go. Sorry hun, but it's probably impossible because I can't even trade between two of my games on my VBA emulator. If I can't trade between two of the same program, what are the chances of being able to trade between two different programs. There are gameshark codes you can put into the emulator. I know it won't be the same but bleh.
