I don't like to flavour all my food with salt. Food should have flavor, not just taste like pure salt or sugar. I hate foods like that, they're usually crappy and crappy for your health as well.

Since I avoid junk food most of the time I think I don't eat too much salt. I can't be sure since I don't keep track of it, but I have never noticed any strange results on my blood tests surrounding sodium levels, so I think I'm fine.

I put salt on everything... I love salty food. I probably eat way more than I should. Growing up, my mom's food was always really bland and flavorless, so I would put salt on it before even tasting it because I knew it was going to be bad, LOL I'm kind of kicking the habit, but I love really salty potatoes and other food salt goes good on.

Sodium is just not for me. I have high blood pressure, so anything i eat with tons of sodium makes it sky rocket. If i do eat anything with loads of sodium, i usually have a hot spell. I can usually walk outside without a shirt on in winter, when it's 30 degrees out and not feel cold. So yeah i don't consume much at all.

I watch what I eat as well, sodium is in pretty much everything with nutrition facts. I like to think even when I do eat a food that day in with large amounts, I still counter with drinking water, eatin' some fruits & veggies. Water is a great cleanser.

I don't worry about it too much. Plus I plan to be attentive to health and exercise until I die.
