Science Fiction is any work of fiction that has a foundational basis in scientific fact.

Basically, Science Fiction is anything Fiction that uses valid science as a part of it's structure, such as gene cloning or the negative effects of pollution.

Science Fantasy is anything that would be Science Fiction that doesn't quite fit the definition of Science Fiction, such as Vampire stories.
