It happens. Most people have trouble with the N64 games. Some people's computers are just not good enough to run the games. It's generally because of the video card. There isn't really anything that can be done. Super Mario 64 gets the most complaints about not working. Just try some of the other ones or go to the older games.

The only solution is to find a computer with a better video card. Sorry.
