Hello everyone.

This here is a project I would like to do, sadly I don't have a name for it yet, but the basic premise of it is simple. This is going to be a survival horror game, but done differently compared to Resident Evil and other such titles. The idea is actually inspired by a Japanese only title, which is actually pretty decent. (The PC88 and PC-Engine versions to be exact.) What game is that exactly? After reading all or most of the information at the before mentioned link, and looking at the screen shots, I'll now go into further detail. The gameplay style, will be similar to Flashback, which the information for can be found here: http://www.hardcoregaming101.net/flashback/flashback.htm

And Elevator Action 2 style. Now you probably never heard of that, but this game will also be using it's sprite style, and background style, which can be located here: http://www.hardcoregaming101.net/elevatoraction/elevatoraction2.htm

I have the controls and setup for this game all planned out essentially. I'll go into further detail for it once we have programmers and spriters established.

And I have the starting point, and basic plot fot his game planned out, and the intial plot for the first area planned. After that, the rest is still in planning, and could probably use a bit of help. I have a few ideas for the cause, but nothing solid yet.

For those to be programmer/s, ilustrator/s, spriter/s, background spriter/s, and scripter/s, post here and/or PM me. And I'll reveal the rest to you guys.

i would be a better contributer by being a spriter but i can't download anything cause my parent put parental control anyways i'll be scripter

I'm sorry you can't be a spriter, but I'm not even sure if this project will even go anywhere, as it's been up for a decent bit now. I'll give it awhile more, so unless we do get the other areas filled fairly soon, this project will just end up dead. We need at least a concept artist so we can get the project more off the ground.

Keep on going. I have a good name for it: New World Chaos instead of new world order.

Well, I think the name will work, but, I really, really need a spriter. I have a good reference for how the main character should look if anyone who is interested needs it.

Ok, I'm going to be as clear as can be since obviously two people have gotten the total wrong idea for the "spriting". Well, at least one of them, but I'm making sure.

I don't need two sprites mixed together, or whatever it was like Pokemon, what I need is someone to actually make sprites in a certain style. Again, not mixing, making. Making. I need at least someone to make sprites fairly close to the style of one of the games I mentioned in my very first post. So if you want to be a spriter, you need to prove it and show me what it is you can actually do. Don't just say it and have me give you some details to work with in PM only for you to say "Oh I thought you meant something else." or "I can't do that because I don't have the programs to do it."

Seriously, if you're going to contribute to the project, you need to show me proof that you can actually do it. Words literally mean nothing if you don't have that with something like this.
