My cousing Verge only drinks Soy, he says its good for his health.

I found out that you can get soy both unsweetened and sweetened with apple juice. Cows milk is infact sweet as the lactose it contains is a type of sugar and one that some people are intollerant too.

I also found out you can get rice and oat milk and nut milk too.

As for goats, the smell and taste made me gag.

although I did once have some nice goats cheese.

I drink fortified rice milk or fortified almond milk. I think it's really tasty, its quite sweet actually. I don't really like soy, so I avoid it. All of my allergies went away once I stopped eating dairy (especially drinking milk or eating milk on cereal) Yay!

Since I only like cows, milk when its chocolate, or other flavors, not by itself (I don't like the taste anymore) I'm gonna go with Soy. If I had a choice, chocolate soy milk. That almond milk sounds good though. Also no thanks on the goats milk.....
