Parkour is known as 'free running.' In a nutshell, it involves getting from Point A to Point B as efficiently as possible, usually by vaulting/jumping/flipping over obstacles, running up walls, quick rolls, etc. To get a better idea, just go to YouTube and search "Parkour." It can get pretty extreme, and that's why I want to do it.

The best thing to do first would be to find someone who has been doing it for a while and let them teach you. You can break your neck when starting jumping around on your own.

You could always research Parkour on Youtube. Lots of great videos to check out. I've always wanted to try Parkour but my Asthma has kept me down.
