My favorite Final Fantasy isn't up here. I actuall really like XII and XIII. X is a good one too.

It was a hard choice between final fantasy 7 and final fantasy 1, but I enjoyed final fantasy 1 way too much to not vote for it Thiefs are awesome.

I put X because it was the one that brought me into the franchise to begin with, not saying that VII is bad or anything.

I honestly haven't played too many, at least that I can remember, but my favorite that have played and can remember playing, are Final Fantasy X, that's the one that sparked my love for the series and Final Fantasy II because one of the few I can remember playing growing up.

I would definitely say FF7 is my favorite. It has Cloud, who is just pretty amazing. And then Sephiroth who has the insanity aspect going for him. So many sequels as well. The only one I really like was the movie. That was pretty awesome as well.

I would say Final Fantasy VII because it was really the first 3-D Final Fantasy, and Cloud has to be one of the coolest Video Game characters ever!

I am a fan of all the Final Fantasy games, but honestly, my favourite is not just Final Fantasy VII. I would place VII, VIII, IX, and XIII all in the same spot because I am so indecisive like that.

VII was the first one I played, and it's a great game even though I DO think people overrate it. A lot. I never imagined Cloud to be some kind of depressive guy until they made him so in Advent Children - I still see him as a normal guy when I play the game, because screw what they make him out to be. Crisis Core was a beautiful piece of work as well (Zack! T_T).

VIII was the second game of the franchise that I played and I LOVED it. Of course I knew all that happened from watching my brothers play it (and VII... and IX...) but the graphics were amazing and the music (Gotta love that Nobuo Uematsu. Pure genius.) was perfect.

IX is one of the best, despite the fact that the miniature sizes of the characters might turn some people away, but I didn't care. I loved the characters (Steiner is such a fool =P) and the graphics and all that.

I have to admit, XIII kind of had a confusing storyline. The music was still great, though. Just because it's not Uematsu doesn't mean it's not good. Graphics were amazing, battle system was fun, plot was at least followable, fun to play... etc etc.

Final Fantasy V or 3 cant decide uhhhh i chose Final Fantasy V for the humor

My favorite final fantasy of the series would have to be, FF9. the best of the series in my opinion.

I chose Final Fantasy 10 and 10-2. I only played X-2 because I was used to the way they battled and I looked at Final Fantasy X and I thought it was a little different and I did not like that. Final Fantasy X-2 is a great game. It is cool and adventurous.

I chose Final Fantasy X and X-2 because the battle style is awesome and the graphics are very good. the story is very long and interesting. I would recommend getting this game, it is very fun when you get used to it.

I personally cant say one Final Fantasy is better than the other, Each has its own ups and downs, but i can say I like Final fantasy 7, and 10. but i do own 7-13. and i enjoy playing all of them. just beat FF8 a few weeks ago... forgot how long that game was... hahaha

I've preferred ff4(J) or ff3(J).yes the Japanese ones are my favorite ONLY because of multi-classing. Lolzerz a Black mage monk is soooo cheap.

Mine would probably be Final Fantasy 8 it's awesome

My vote goes to Final Fantasy 7, has a great plot, nearly 80 hours of gameplay if you do all the side quests and mini games, the characters are great, even the surprise death of one of them took everyone's breath away as she was the most beloved character in the game.  As a PC lover and Retro gamer, I made it a point to buy FF7 for the PC and then looked for a patch that would allow the rebirth of that character.  Mostly because she was the healer specialist and the fact playing that game out that far was very challenging without the right materia and gear combinations.

I've played through most of them, but I really enjoy the challenge brought by the original Final Fantasy. The nostalgic factor and it's nice music is always great.

Final fantasy 3 only one ive played apart from 1 and 2 lol ive made it my quests to go through every single one lol

My definite favorite is FF9 is had amazing music the monsters were really cool i liked all the characters except for the gay monkey tailed one but i still thought it was awsome

My favorite was Final Fantasy 9 it was the first one I played and I think the graphics are amazing the characters are great except Quina and Zidane but all the same it is my favorite I love the music and I think Garnet is hot

A bit unconventional but my favorite is FF X. I just love the characters so much. Hate XII though.....
