Totts : my friend had an idea how to cheer herself up every time she needed it. She let all her friends write something positive about her and put it all into one notebook. I don't know if it actually works, but it's a starter - to remind yourself why is it good to be alive - those people need you, that's why.

For me, it's plainly being alive, because I can do whatever I want then, I mean, the dead don't..usually.

There are better people than you and me that could have been born, but never will be. We should at least do the best we can.
