It's 2 a.m. Where I'm at and I can't get any sleep, I'm sure this happened to pretty much everyone so tell me what do you when you're trying to go sleep? Getting on vizzed doesn't really help my problem but oh well.

I never sleep anyway. So I can't be much help here. =/ sorry. I just live with being unable to sleep because it's not a big deal to me.

Try closing your eyes and not doing anything. Eventually you will fall asleep.

So I pop a tylenol Pm if I'm that desperate to sleep.
Otherwise I normally just pass out from exhaustion.
