I feel like a reverse centaur wouldn't be functional... wouldn't the bull part of you be too heavy for your human legs? You'd at least be pretty lopsided... although I guess you could train yourself out of it, and then you'd be a pretty strong person(?) all-around. Meanwhile the reverse mermaid will probably look a little more practical to the human eye, and (as long as my lore is correct) they can breathe both in air and the sea, which I think is cooler than just being strong. Anyone can be strong, but not everyone can breathe underwater... so I'm gonna go with the reverse merman.

Would you rather have all the keys on your keyboard be ordered in alphabetical order, but stays that way, or your number pad (including the top row as well) changes order that the numbers appear in once a week?

I'll take the number pad changing. I don't use it nearly as often as I use the letter part of my keyboard. Half the time I'm looking anyway so it wouldn't change that much for me to have to more carefully type the numbers. Plus, I just don't use it often enough for it to slow me down. The keyboard gets way more use both for posting here and playing games.

I feel like this question reverses in priority based on how often you'd travel abroad versus stay at home. If you like to travel a lot, then the travel everywhere for free would save you far more money because with certain countries (namely those whose currency is weaker than USD) will still have an expensive as all hell plane/travel ticket but then the food is all pretty cheap. However if you're a big homebody that doesn't really leave your country then in-country travel probably won't save you as much as being able to eat anywhere you want for free. Given these circumstances I'd probably pick eating everywhere for free as I only do major traveling maybe once every 7ish years.

Would you rather gain complete resistance to fire, or complete resistance to the cold?

I'd probably pick cold considering where I live. Not ever getting hurt from cold would be great. I could go outside in the winter and not worry. That would be amazing. Plus, I'm already much more wary of getting set on fire than of being too cold so I doubt I'd get set on fire at all.

Maybe if I was younger and could be a fireman then it would be cool. I'd be able to actually run into a building and not worry about being burned. The smoke might still be a problem but this is all a problem for a younger version of myself.

Lets think here I already am known to make so little noise walking that I accidently scare people all the time so turning invisible would really complete my power of being a master of stealth but being able to multiply myself to help lift something heavy or even just to have another me doing work would be super helpful but since I don't know how long it lasts I'll go with the power to turn invisible.
