Well this one is a very tough one. I love electricity, but I also need food. I need food, and I wouldn't be able to survive three days without eating anything. I'm more likely to survive with no electricity for a week, especially since people have been doing it for thousands of years.

The sauna. I have done the polar plunge, and it was stupid. Half an hour in a sauna is not really risky unless you already have specific heart conditions such as problems with temperature regulation. But jumping into near ice cold waters is dangerous for anyone. The rapid and dramatic change from near optimal body regulated temperature to that cold is enough to shock your body into heart failure. Hypothermia is a fair probability. It is just flat out dangerous. Sauna, not so much. I assume the big sweaty old men is just a way of making it more unpleasant on the 'eww' factor. But it really isn't that big of a deal unless the guys are rolling on you or something.
