I use Ubuntu Linux. For the following reasons:
• It and every new version is 100% free. • It is fairly easy to use, especially compared to some other Linux Dostros. • Through it's software center, you can VERY easily download 1000s of powerful programs and other software free, safely, and supported with updates. • Not much maleware is designed to attack the Linux file system, so it's very safe. • You can customize it in vast ways no other operating system can be. (google some examples) • It has great online support forums. • It's very fun to learn how to work with it, as it's VERY different from windows. • Did I mention the enormous repository of free safe software that are extremely easy to download (much easier than Mac or Windows). • The OP itself and most of the software in it is frequently updated, all very pain free. I think I forgot some haha. Let me just make it clear I do not view Linux as a religion; it is simple a powerful OP that suit my needs better. If one prefers Windows or Mac for what they need, awesome!

I like Zorin OS it's free and it's awesome an I can make it look like windows.It's very easy to use.I also like PC Linux Os it has upgrades at least once a month

I've only use Gnome so far, but I heard KDE is good too. I could try Kubuntu, it's just a KDE environment that runs in ub. Is zorion KDE?
fightorace : I used windows most of my life. It's quite veratile, and almost every program on the market works for it. If you do like folling around with computers, you can very easily install a Linux OP with minimal risk to have fun with; you might fall in love.
