Ok the title isn't as detailed so here goes...

A bar that I frequent locally is looking for new software (Closest I know of is Pandora) where they can stream all their music through the internet. However they also want the ability to choose the best songs themselves as well. They want the latest and greatest songs as well, so something that's re-populated a lot. This can be paid software that doesn't matter.

I'm just not finding anything, does something like this exist?

I can help! Grooveshark is good for that. Although there aren't really any Pink Floyd or Beatles songs (copyright lawsuits), they have a large array of artists and songs on there. You can search them up, and just make a playlist. You don't need to download anything. You don't even have to sign up. It's one of my favorite sites.
