Layouts can be made, but only Vizzed Elite and higher can edit their layouts. There was a problem with a user posting inappropriate content in their layout, so David shut down that system. JigSaw has been working on a program so that more users can make their own layouts, but that program is not done yet. Layout changes are on hold until the new program is done. You can still get a coded layout, but you can't use it right now.

What general design would you want? Where is the text relative to the picture? Left, Right, Above, Below, in the middle, or on top? And do you want any text added? Do you have particular pictures of each Pokémon in mind or should I find 3 pictures myself? That's something that I can easily do, but if you already had something in mind it would be good to know.

I'm not saying I will do it, I'm just wondering what you would want. Even if someone else does it, they would probably need that info too.
