In all actuality this VCS seems far more competitive. I'm beginning to wish I had been around from the first day =/ oh well

But you just know that one of these days will be down and the top poster will only have like 30 posts. We had it last time, what makes this time any different?

the amount of competition makes it different.... I highly doubt YMK or Ferret are going to stop at 30 in an attempt to win

Your font is kind of hard to read in Chrome and a lot harder in IE. It blends in with the clouds and somewhat with the faces of the characters. Any chance you can edit it or do something with the picture (like put a translucent box over it)?

Top 10 is nothing. The Top 10 consisted of the people who did a bit more posting than usual. Most of them aren't in the competition. They just got themselves dragged in by accident. Some didn't even know there was a compeition. The real challengers are in the Top 5.

Last night had two good shows in a row so I got distracted. NCIS: Los Angeles and Good Wife both had a mix of good episode and major plot events. I had to pay attetion, so I only got maybe 10 posts in those 2 hours. 6th is acceptable and no I didn't get beaten by any newbies. Everyone who beat me was either Trusted, Elite, or Local and I'm still ahead of casualty by 14. I would take third in this VCS if it meant you, Warp, and I all securing the Top 3. We started this, so it would be nice to beat the people who are waiting for us to "burn out."

To all who care:

I said I was preparing for Phase 2. I didn't say I actually used it. It's still in preparation. It is tied into Phase 3, so everything needs to be ready. You'll know when I launch my plan.

I'm having difficulties with the layout at times. Usually it's not a problem and I can just put the box in, but with JS's new editor, it makes it slightly harder to put in the code I normally used.

I'm probably going to change it around in a minute though, to fix it. =/

The point of me hitting top 10 though in 2 days, is that I'm at least trying to be active in it now. I'll be top 5. Don't you worry about that

I was going to post to your profile, but this computer is being a pain.

I'm on IE at school right now (college between classes). It looks a bit better, but the text is a bit too bright. Chrome isn't on this computer so I cant speak for it. If you want to skip over some of the coding, you could add a translucent box directly to the picture, then save and reupload it. I couldn't find a code, so I just do that for all of mine. I use Paint.net. It's a free program and I think it's on Cnet. It also has some other handy features.

legacyme3 : It looks better on Chrome, still room for improvement. You can always use the Custom layout editor (use the convert option on the My Layouts page) to go with normal HTML/CSS editing :/.

Here's what I did with this one.

I started a new layout, then I didn't add any images at all. I just let it be. Then I used convert to take the basic code and add my own touches, then added the images and text options. I don't do anything with the CSS editor, I purely use the Advanced Editor, because it gives me more options. Plus my images never stick when I do it any other way.
