I take a mixture of natural remedies and pharmaceuticals. In the end it depends on what your condition is and how you feel about using pharmaceuticals. I strongly believe that people are taking way too many drugs these days, especially for things they don't even need drugs for. But if you have a more serious condition that does require medicine, then by all means, take it.
Wherever possible, I use a natural cure. For example, there is no denying that cranberry juice helps clear up a UTI and improves bladder health. So instead of taking antibiotics I'd prefer to take cranberry extract or cranberry juice, since it definitely works for me. Same goes for a headache, common cold, pain, and stuff like that. I'd prefer to just drink fluids, or a soothing herbal tea, take a hot bath, and get enough rest - as opposed to filling my body with unnecessary drugs.
