There seems to be no evidence that these boys committed this crime
They found DNA from the father and his friend on one of the boys.

As for the issue at hand.... I've checked out what I could about it... seen the video they did with the metallica based soundtrack and such and to me it looks like a case of pointing the finger at the most person who seems on the outside to be the most likely to have done it. Just because he was "goth" or whatever it was (or was it pagan?) he had the finger pointed at him.

And the "confession" they got from his friend.... give me a break. Talk about coercion!

The father (or step-father) seems like a much more likely person to have done this. He doesn't seem stable and even admitted to having black outs where he can't remember what he did or how he got to where he was now.

so yeah, I voted innocent....

also, I find that people are guilty generally give up and serve their sentence once they are convicted (as long as it's not capital punishment).... and those that aren't keep fighting...

WTF!? They have absolutely no evidence against these three men and they're still in prison? *facepalm* I swear our legal system is just stupid these days. If there's no evidence that puts any of these men at the crime scene and no witnesses that saw the crime take place, the men are innocent as far as I'm concerned. With the technology we have today, we can find evidence if it's there. Even the smallest fiber off of a shirt can be found and processed. If no evidence has been found then I say they're innocent.

XxChaosxX : they have a "confession" from one of the 3 that they claim did it. From how it sounds the confession was coerced out of the kid and shouldn't have been allowed into the trial.

But they still got convicted and it's a lot harder to overthrow a conviction once it's set than to prevent one from happening. =/
