I like Marth's final smash because it takes talent to use. If you jump to get more distance out of it and miss, you're toast, but a successful hit feels so satisfying and looks so painful.

Ike's is pretty cool too, just because it looks awesome.

The Star Fox trio's Final Smash is pretty awesome. One of my favorites is King Dedede's which is really a KO machine, but it racks up damage so the most powerful(in terms of attack power) can become a KO machine.
