I don't know if I've ever declined one.... I will add anyone who adds me. I'm staff though so 9 times out of 10 I get a question within 2 minutes of adding said person. I don't mind though.

On Vizzed I'll add just about anyone. Facebook is another story. If I don't like someone, I usually won't even decline their request, I just leave it there out in the cold. Sometimes they get the hint and remove it themselves, usually they don't. I'm fine either way.

On Vizzed I usually accept everyone's friend requests except newbs that I don't even know and people I don't like. Back when I had my Facebook (I deactivated it though) I only accepted people that live in my town, go to my school, etc.
