Currently, only elite+ can edit their layouts. Because so many members are trusted, and so many members cant correctly edit layouts, David changed it to that. The last straw was when a trusted member put a picture of porn as the background as their layout. Currently JigSaw is working on making a layout maker so that everybody can have a layout, until then, you'll just have to stick with the lame ones.

unless you can select "none" as a layout then you'll have to contact Davideo7 in order to make a layout change. He can remove it for you.

Try picking "layout name" as an option.... not sure if that will work... but it's worth trying before you ask David for help.
