A lot of people have trouble with some of the N64 games because of their video cards. I'm just letting you know in case you have any problems.

The three best games I can think of are:

Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time
Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask
Super Mario 64

Ocarina of Time is the best.

Pilotwings 64 is also quite nice. (but the snes version is better)
