I need some help with Corel Painter Essentials 4.

My tablet came in the mail yesterday and I downloaded the program to make it do all the cool things it can do and whatever. The box also came with Corel Painter Essentials 4. Basically, it worked yesterday just fine but when I opened up the program today I kept getting a message saying "blah blah this has encountered a problem and blah blah do you want to send an error report?" I tried again and again and I got that result about a dozen times and I just gave up. What happens is that I open up the program and it doesn't matter if I start a new illustration or open up an old one, it starts up just fine. However, yesterday I shrank the window a little bit so that I could see a video on my browser while I was drawing. I guess I didn't get to that because I was so mad that everything went wrong yesterday. Anyway, whenever I try to maximize the window, the thing crashes and it's really frustrating. Does anyone know why it would crash because of that or what I can do to fix it?
