I would like to ask if it would be made possible to trade and battle pokemon online in the pokemon games that are on this site. I would love to see this as the games cannot be fully completed without trading. A lot of other people have also expressed interest about this in the chat rooms.

Right now, it's not possible to trade between games. There is a thread about making a separate Pokémon game that Vizzed would host here:

I got the impression that it would be set up as some kind of MMO.

If you want to catch every Pokémon there are some hack games that allow it. Pokémon Emerald 386 follows the normal Emerald storyline, but it also has all 386 Pokémon in the game. There might be Gen I and II Pokémon games with the same setup, but Emerald 386 doesn't lag like the GBC games do.
