Yeah, that would be nice, but we have had past instances of people uploading bad code/porn to their layouts. So David decided to disable the feature, making it only available to Elite and up.

Currently, Jigsaw (a member) is working on a program that people can use so that everybody can make layouts. Hopefully that answers your problem.

JigSaw's new system should be a lot better anyway. You can give your ideas to someone else and let them deal with the tech stuff. I'm practicing on making layouts now, so that I can sign up as a programmer/newbie designer when I reach Trusted again. Most of the layouts that are up now were made by some of JigSaw's new team from before the ban. Just admire those for now and try to remember the Users who made the layout if you liked it. You can probably ask them for one in the future.

Vizzed.com is very expensive to keep alive! The Ads pay for the servers.
