So yeah, at like 1AM PST, I was on the Vizzed chat room, multi tasking that, Command & Conquer, and my RGR job. I couldn't sleep (I don't sleep much at all), so I was wasting the hours away, waiting for something exciting to happen. Then, out of the blue,

offered up his phone number for anybody to call/text. Excited, I quickly indexed his number into my phone. When I called, I heard an automated message:

"Attn., the party is not available to answer. Please leave a message. *in a deep voice* JAKE. KOSTIK. *back to automated voice* cannot respond currently."

So then I was like, ok, sure. So I asked what was up in the chat room, why Leggy wasn't answering. He responded, "because i'm talking to vizwiz right now".

Then it hit me: VizWiz has a cell phone? Apparently, he did. So after I finally got a hold of Leggy and had a convo (a hilarious one, btw), I went back into the chat room and asked for VW's number. At first he was reluctant, thinking I might be a pedo or something and try to kill him through the phone. I responded, saying that it would be impossible for me to do that. He gave up his number.

When I called him, the first thing I heard, was, of course, farting noises. What else can you expect from him? We had a short conversation (he called me a spam bot, then I said no, I'm a bot spam, and then he said, no, I'm a tob maps), and then afterwards he asked me what big fat cat sounded like. That really was a good question. VW then suggested that big really was a cat.

So, anyways, that's a milestone for me, that's the first time I've ever actually talked to someone I've met online. And it was on Christmas day.

To make this thread more of a convo, I'll ask you, have you ever contacted someone on Vizzed before?

I haven't spoken with anyone online before, mostly because they never requested it.
But I would be happy to oblige
as long as your a good friend of mine.

Kinda unfair you were able to do this, but when I put my number out for people to text me several months ago nobody responded. That's good that you called them. Nice.

That's pretty cool that you got to do that, it's always nice to find out people on the internet are real people.

Yeah i've talk to people on websites before but I havent on vizzed but I do talk to some people thats on vizzed on other websites like facebook. But if your a good friend of mine and not a creep i'll give you my cell number it's no big deal

I've never contacted any one from this site, other than my brother, but I wouldn't mind texting someone.

I can't say I have. Personally, I don't want to give out my number to random people who I've only communicated with on an online forum. I'd rather not contact random people either.
