OK, seriously. What is the point of Snuggies? Why can't you just wear a robe? It's seriously the exact same thing, did the developer of Snuggies even realize that when he was making them? Plus their name is awful. Does anyone else not understand the point of Snuggies???

At first when I read the title of this thread, I was going to defend the snuggy. But when I read your argument on how It was just like a robe, I am now changing my opinion in favor of yours. I could easily use my robe in replace of the snuggy and never know the difference. And on the plus side, I don't look like a cult leader!!

I got a Snuggie for Christmas and I love it. I agree that it is a bit ridiculous, but I really was sick of trying to do my homework on my computer and having to take my arms out of the warmth of the regular blanket all the time. If you haven't actually seen one, they're also really soft (like fleece). My brother mocked them (and me) for a while, but I caught him wearing it last night because it was soft.
