I do not know my favorite cause I could only get the plant mask and the Great Fairy mask. Could never continue the game, do not even know what to do. But I have seen previews of the masks and what they do. I prefer the Zora mask, he looks so cool wearing that one.

Especially when avoiding some attacks in boss fights or getting up to a boss very quickly without roll spamming.
