I know they made a special episode for Mystery Dungeon, but I always wondered if they could have made a real show out of it? What do you guys think? Do you think it would work? Or do you think it would be stupid?
Also, I had wondered what would happen if they made a Pokemon Rangers show. I think that would be cool. Does anyone agree?

I loved Pokemon Chronicles! Especially the trilogy with the guy with the Typhlosion!
Yeah. I think Pokemon Ranger would be possible, and pretty cool. After all, there are all those Ranger lands that Ash will never go to since people don't really battle there. So it'll give us a new main character too. As for Mystery Dungeon, I think it would be pretty neat to see pokemon interact without a trainer, but I've had my doubts. One thing that really worried me was if it would get repetitive.

I knew about the movie, since I've seen all the movies, but I didn't know about the ranger episode in the anime. That's because I haven't kept up with the anime and it was released at the beginning of the year. I'll have to look at it. Basically my point on the ranger show is that we would have main character with a new pokemon partner and plenty of lands to explore. I really need to see if that episode is what I was thinking of.

I think they might be able to get some fans for a different show, but people might lose interest if they were waiting for Ash to appear. Ok, I saw the Pokemon Mystery Dungeon spin-off episode (the 3rd-gen one) on pokemonepisode.org, and I didn't like it, unlike the the manga PMD. I mean, I might've put up with that terrible, high-pitched chikorita voice and other things if the show wasn't so blankingly similar to the game! You know some things in games don't necessarily work the same way in film adaptions. And why did the human-turned-pokemon forget his name and default to "Squirtle"?!?

Well, I never said the episode was all that great. I think they could have done better, but I think the whole idea in general might have been cool. Of course, they'd have to start all over again if they wanted to do it! XD I would hope that they would actually put more thought into the characters if they made this a show.

I liked the Pokemon Mystery Dungeon special, that could've worked. Ranger has been done but would be interesting if made into a full-blown show. Cover Your Ears!!! I think the Ranger would be fine, except it'd run dry pretty quickly unless they create a giant backstory. The thing about the current Anime is that there are 8 badges to collect, which guarantees at the very least 16 episodes where its 1 per battle and lets say 1 inbetween each town. We know that isn't true as it sometimes takes 4 episodes to get to the next town.
Ranger could work, but it'd require a bit more effort then the current anime, though I would like to watch it myself. Mystery Dungeon could work, except that it might get repetitive unless they find a way to constantly add new things and keep it fresh
