I think it has become too commercialized a long time ago, and it just gets worse. The big department stores and (BIG BOX) stores bank their whole year on the Christmas shopping season. If they do not sell a lot for Christmas then their who year is ruined. Not sure how it turned into that over the past few decades, but I don't like it.

I think so. It seems like everything around me says "______ now $4.99! Christmas Sale!" or most of the commercials I see nowadays are all Christmas related. Just cut down on it.
