Well the show "facts of life" taught me many of the facts haha j/p

Seriously though, I think that many different people helped shape my knowledge of the world and the way life works. My parents, grandparents, best friends, coaches, teachers...the list could go on and on.

Totts : I don’t know whether anyone can really take credit for teaching someone else the facts of life but I do think that people can be responsible for being a good influence that can help shape someone into who they become in life.

In my case I have always tried to be a good person despite some personal struggles and setbacks that I dealt with as a teenager. At a time when other people whom I thought were my friends weren’t there to help bring me back up after I had hit a real low in my life I was able to come across a couple of positive influences that made me realize that I was still capable of doing something with my life even after becoming a high school drop out.

It was through these people that I realized that my god given gift was to be a writer. Prior to that I had already been writing but I never really accepted it as something that I would do for my vocation and something that would become such an important part of my life.

I slowly got myself straightened out and although I still have my share of regrets and things that I wish I could have done or things that would have ended up differently I hold my head high and I am grateful to those few friends of mine that I have now known for years for helping me when I needed a positive influence and at times some tough love.

I can only hope that by offering advice to young kids and by being a good uncle to my nieces and nephews that they will become the best people they can be. If they or young kids that I offer advice to were to go on to do good things in their lives then I would feel good if I were a contributing factor to that.

I used the internet to find out what really goes on in this world. After doing that, the world didn't seem so wonderful, so care-free, it seemed like a dark chaotic place where people did the worst things to each other. But as I got older, I realized there are many wonderful things in this world and that life is great, despite all of its problems.

My mother taught me everthing there is to know about life since I did not have a father growing up.And now I keep her informed on things she has no idea are going on.

I just kinda learned somehow when I was like 8, then my 8th grade science teacher had a whole Sex Ed course that you had to take.

But i had visual aids when i was younger that showed me very well

Xado_Shikazo : lol,by the time 8th grade rolled around I knew almost everthing, except for the minor details, not sure how I learned it though...

My mom taught me a lot of what I know. Not really surprising because your parents should teach you about these things
